Dear guests,

a total of seven individual apartments welcome you in a historic half-timbered house from 1860 next to the St. Vitus church in Fischbach, a suburb of Friedrichshafen. On 23 to 64 square meters you will find a small oasis of well-being with free WLAN, a charming bathroom, a modern kitchen and a living area with TV. We have preserved the historic and combined it with the new. Exposed clinker bricks, rustic roof beams and stairs are reminiscent of past centuries. Modern accessories, simple vintage furniture and a coordinated color concept provide a cozy flair.

Besides, you can look forward to a lot of extras: A locked, free parking space belongs to every vacation apartment. All beds are freshly made upon arrival and towels are provided in the bathroom. With a high chair and available baby cribs, our apartments are perfect for families. The apartments are partly equipped with a balcony.

The location also speaks for itself: quiet and yet central, only 400 meters from Lake Constance. Directly next to our house is a large bakery. In the near surroundings there are supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and our family restaurant in the hotel "Traube am See". After a short drive you will reach Friedrichshafen with numerous stores, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors.

Lake Constance has so much to offer that there is not enough space: water sports and bathing paradises, cultural and culinary attractions, museums and family adventures. Couples, young families, business travelers, trade fair visitors and wellness vacationers are equally welcome here. Our apartments are the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The bus stop is only two minutes away, after a short walk you can reach the most beautiful hiking trails. We are looking forward to you.
